Meeting bookings and contact requests in one panel

Clients pick a free slot themselves, and the meeting lands in your calendar with a call link.

Clients book with you by e-mail, by phone and through your website form. BizBees Events keeps bookings and requests in one place: busy times in Google Calendar block bookings, and every video meeting gets a Meet, Zoom or Teams link.

01The company sets up its first meeting: a name, 30 minutes, Google Meet, hours

04The guest gets the meeting's own page with the Meet link

Step 1 of 4: The company sets up its first meeting: a name, 30 minutes, Google Meet, hours

We built the screens on this page from the product's interface designs and first version, in the page's theme and language; the companies, people and times on them are sample data.

How to start

Three steps to your first booking

You set everything up in the panel. You only need a developer for the website widget.

01

Connect Google Calendar

Choose which calendars block times and which one gets the new meetings.

02

Set up meeting types and hours

Add meeting types with questions for the client and set the hours when you take bookings.

03

Send a link or add the widget

Send clients your booking page link by e-mail. A developer can add the widget to your website.

Features

What the first version does

Everything below works in the panel and in the demo on sample data.

Bookings in a list and a week calendar

See your meetings as a list or as a week. Add a booking by hand, and when you move one, the panel shows the free slots. Team members handle bookings and requests, and the owner also manages company and team settings.

Meeting types and availability

Add questions for the client to each meeting type and choose how you meet: video, phone or in person. Set your hours with exceptions and public holidays, and preview the free slots before you send the link.

Google Calendar and a video link

Busy times in Google Calendar block bookings, and new meetings go into the company calendar. BizBees Events creates a Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams link for every video meeting.

Contact forms with an inbox

Build the form in the editor, and requests arrive in an inbox in the panel. Clients can attach files to a request. You can turn any request into a booking and export the list to CSV.

Confirmations, reminders and on-brand e-mails

Clients get a booking confirmation, and 24 hours before the meeting a reminder with a “Confirm attendance” button. You edit the e-mail templates in an editor, and the brand profile adds your logo, colours and footer.

Your own booking page under a link

Send clients the link to your booking page or add it to your e-mail signature. They open it and pick a free slot themselves. You don’t need a developer for this.

E-mails written with AI help

For a meeting or a form request, BizBees Events drafts an e-mail in your company’s tone. In the brand profile, “Fill in from the website” takes your company description, tone, logo and colours from your website.

A booking widget and API keys

A developer can add booking to your website with the widget: inline, in a pop-up or as a button in the corner of the screen. You create API keys for your own systems in the panel.

Works with

  • Google Calendar
  • Google Meet
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams
  • your own meeting link

A Microsoft 365 account is used for Teams meetings. The first version does not support Outlook calendars.

As of . Sources: the vendors’ own websites and pricing pages.

The table leaves out paid plan prices, because some vendors show them in the visitor’s local currency or with a time-limited discount. Each vendor’s pricing page is linked below.

The first version also has no SMS reminders, round-robin, routing forms or mobile app. Those rows are missing because we could not check them for every vendor.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Can’t find your question? E-mail contact@bizbees.ai.

Is BizBees Events already working?

Yes. The panel works in your browser, and you can look around it in the demo on sample data, without signing up. If you want to use it in your company, e-mail us or book a call.

How much does BizBees Events cost?

BizBees Studio clients get BizBees Events included, at no extra cost. We don’t publish a price list for other companies: e-mail us and we’ll give you the price for your company.

How is BizBees Events different from Calendly and Cal.com?

BizBees Events keeps meeting bookings and the requests from your website’s contact form in one panel, and you can turn a request into a booking. Calendly has no such inbox. Calendly and Cal.com offer payments, SMS reminders, round-robin and Outlook calendars. Some of these need a paid plan. The first version of Events does not have them. The comparison table on this page shows payments, Outlook calendars and contact forms for each tool.

Can I add booking to my website?

Yes. A developer can add the widget to your website: inline, in a pop-up or as a button in the corner of the screen. Without a developer, you can add a link to your own booking page, the same one you send to clients.

Which video tools does BizBees Events work with?

Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Every video meeting gets its own link. You can also use your own link, or meet by phone or in person.

Which languages does BizBees Events support?

The panel works in English and Polish, and you can open the demo in either language.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. The panel works in your phone’s browser, and we plan an iOS and Android app after the first version.

What is not in the first version?

The first version has no payments for meetings, SMS reminders, round-robin assignment, routing forms, Outlook calendar or mobile app. It uses a Microsoft 365 account only for Teams meetings.
